윈도우키 + R msconfig 안전모드 부팅해서 c:\users\프로파일 지우기

윈도우키 + R regedit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList 다지우고 다시.

 

로컬보안정책  ...  administrator 계정상태와 이름바꾸기...
