중간에 에러나 났을때 잠깐 멈추고 에러 수정후 다시 중지시점부터 다시 시작할수 있음.

 

암 움직임,  up and down error가 떴었다고 함.

 

기기 우측 옆에 증류수통, 배수통이 있음.

 

creatinine이 자주 튀는데 중간에 blank, calibration, control 등을 걸어놓으면 순번을 건너뛰고 control부터 시작했다가 끝나면  건너뛴 시점으로 다시 돌아온다함.

 

시약과 샘플은 순서대로 들어가지 않고, 반응하는 시간에 다른 시약도 분주함.

 

mix는 큐벳트레이를 돌렸다가 멈추고하면서 섞음.

 

시작때 blank(0), cal(calibration curve상 어느지점을 찍는지, 0, 어느지점), control(정해진 값을 가진 물질을 2SD내에 있는지 보는것)을 잡음.

중간에 결과값이 튈때 다시 blank, cal, control 다시 잡음.

2번샘플, 4번샘플, 3번 cal, control? 식으로.
